This firm offers lawyers the flexibility to work on the areas of work which excite them most. Private M&A, public company deals, private equity are all on the table for an Associate joining this firm. Similarly there is no limit to the sector expertise of the firm with leading clients in Energy, Financial Services, Real Estate, Technology and other areas.

If you are looking to join a firm where you will be given responsibility, mentoring and the opportunity to develop in the areas of work which you enjoy most then this is a fantastic home.

A minimum of 2PQE working in a top corporate team on mergers & acquisitions or private equity transactions will be essential.

This firm is open to lawyers relocating to London from other legal hubs in the UK, such as Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh. They are also interested in lawyers looking to relocate internationally from common law jurisdictions including Australia and New Zealand.
