Corporate Associate: City Law Firm

A City law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate, with at least 3PQE, to join their team in London.

This firm has a strong core of private M&A work on which lawyers have the freedom to build additional specialisms across either a work stream, such as private equity, or a sector, such as technology.

They operate on a very meritocratic basis and provide an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking for something different to the Magic & Silver Circle firms. You will still work with excellent colleagues on high value, high profile deals however there will be excellent opportunities to excel and achieve rapid career progression.

A minimum of 3PQE is required for this role and exposure to private M&A transactions during this time is essential.

This firm is open to lawyers relocating to London including from international locations such as Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
