Corporate NQ (September 2021)

An international client is looking to recruit an NQ lawyer to join their corporate transactional team.

This team is involved in private M&A, private equity, joint venture and corporate governance advice for an international client base who consistently engage in high value cross-border transactions.

You will need experience from a corporate seat during your training contract to successfully apply for this role. Additional transactional experience either pre-training contract or through other seats will be a bonus.

This firm is interested in lawyers relocating either internationally or from a legal hub in the UK such as Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh or Manchester.
