Our client is one of the most prestigious offshore law firms with a wide network of clients and experience providing a full range of advice in corporate and commercial law. The firm is widely known for its coverage of the corporate, finance, funds and disputes space, and they are hugely robust and successful in these areas. An experienced senior corporate lawyer is now wanted for an exclusive opportunity in the talented corporate group, based on the picturesque island of Guernsey.
Taking a lead role, the successful candidate will cover the full spectrum of corporate matters, such as financing transactions, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, capital markets, fintech, investment funds and insurance.
This is a senior role and the team is therefore seeking someone at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level to support the main partner. This is an attractive role for someone who is looking to progress and take that 'next step' or who has perhaps been overlooked at their current firm.
Applications are invited from corporate solicitors with at least 5 years PQE who have a stellar academic profile and a strong private practice background. This role is open to lawyers who have qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or any other common law jurisdiction.
