Our client has a brand-new role for a private client lawyer to join its highly regarded and expanding private client team in London.

The team, with an established reputation in this area, and whose clients include ultra and high net worth individuals, family businesses and entrepreneurs, is seeking an experienced and ambitious individual with excellent academics and experience of dealing with a wide range of private client work, to join its team of technical advisors. The successful candidate will handle a varied case load including advising on and drafting wills; estate and inheritance tax planning; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; cross-border advice; inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax advice in relation to trusts and estates; and advising on mental capacity issues and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with the right skill set and a keen desire to develop their knowledge and practice in this area, to work in a friendly and supportive work environment and develop and maintain relationships with both clients and other professionals.
