International law firm, with an outstanding reputation for its insurance work, has a new opening for an ambitious non-contentious Marine and Projects lawyer to join its market leading practice in London.

This specialist global team acts for some of the world's largest owners, operators and other stakeholders including major energy companies, across a broad range of commercial shipping and marine projects. The team advise on the entire lifecycle of a ship, from shipbuilding contracts, to financing, ship recycling and are involved in transactions relating to all types of vessels including bulk carriers, container ships, tankers, reefers, cruise ships, yachts, offshore rigs, FSRUs, FPSOs and other floating energy projects as well as supply and support vessels.The group advise on all related contracts, including industry standard forms and drafting bespoke contracts and are also familiar with and negotiate various forms of vessel financing, including traditional loans, sale and leaseback and JOLCO structures.
