Our client, a leading boutique practice in Central London, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to deal primarily with complex development schemes and regeneration projects.
The real estate department is the largest in the firm and also the most successful. Having made plans to expand further, this is a great opportunity for someone at a larger City firm to gain a better work life balance, or a step up for someone from a specialist practice.
Real estate sits at the core of this firm, offering the opportunity to work with some outstanding clients including new developers. You will have a keen interest in development work and be able to work with and adapt to different personalities.
The successful candidate will be a commercial minded real estate lawyer, with experience in particular of dealing with complex developments and regeneration projects. You will ideally have 6+ years PQE gained with a top London based or national firm. Strong academics and good technical ability are requirements for this role, as is the ability to supervise junior lawyers, a proactive and flexible approach and an interest in business development opportunities.
