Real Estate Associate, 3-5 PQE, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Associate to join a highly regarded Central London firm. This boutique firm are regularly ranked as Top Tier by the Legal 500.

The work on offer will include supporting clients on acquisitions and asset management, landlord and tenant matters relevant to multi let industrial estates and leisure portfolios including lease agreements and the acquisition of development sites.

The successful candidate can expect to work with an impressive client base. You would be acting predominately for institutions and large corporate enterprises and so experience in this area is essential. You will also be familiar with dealing with landlord and tenant matters, investment purchases with a multi-let focus of title/disposals as well as having an eye for development and be competent with advising on ESG matters and their application across the life cycle of an asset.

You will be an experienced Solicitor of around 3-5 PQE with strong expertise in Commercial Property matters as well as some supervision experience.

You can expect to be an integral member of a thriving team and will have the opportunity to play an active role in business development.
