Contentious Insurance and Financial Services Lawyer, 2+ London

Our client, an international law firm, with an outstanding reputation for its financial services work, and whose clients comprise leading names in the financial services industry, including global banks, major UK and international insurers, funds and brokers, is recruiting for an experienced Associate to join its Contentious Insurance and Financial Services team. The team acts on high-profile global FS litigation, insurance, contentious and non-contentious financial services work and are market leaders in advising on complex coverage matters, commercial disputes and arbitration, as well as representing financial institutions in regulatory investigations.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team dealing with interesting and challenging work on a variety of disputes, in the financial services sector, and with international elements. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in financial services litigation and contentious regulatory matters, as well as a strong technical ability and be able to demonstrate commercial understanding. You will be confident at managing and prioritising a full and varied caseload, an excellent communicator with good attention to detail, strong academics and have a keenness to learn and develop.
