Contentious Trust and Probate Disputes Associate, London, 1-3PQE

This highly regarded law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join its growing Contentious Trusts and Probate Disputes team.

The team handles a mix of high value, complex trusts disputes, often with international elements on behalf of a range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses. You will be dealing with a varied case load comprising challenges in relation to the validity or construction of wills; acting for trustees and beneficiaries in relation to breach of trust claims, applications for directions/blessing applications or removal; claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes; Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice; and contested applications in the Court of Protection.

The successful candidate will have excellent academics, strong technical and analytical skills and will have experience working at a well-respected trust and probate disputes practice.
