Disputes Associate (Contentious Trusts & Pension Funds)

This top tier international law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a junior disputes lawyer to join its specialist disputes team.

The team sits within the firms market leading Employment, Pensions and Private Wealth practice, and handles a mix of highly complex and contentious trusts, pensions, investments and tax related matters for a diverse client base including those in financial services, telecoms, transport, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. The team is well-known for its cross-border pension disputes work and has substantial experience in this technically challenging area.

Given the complex nature of the work, the successful candidate will be someone with first class academics, strong technical skills and an analytical mind. The role will suit someone who has gained experience in commercial disputes or professional negligence, and has some knowledge of trusts, pensions and/or tax and has a keen interest to move into this specialist area of disputes. Experience gained at a global practice would also be of benefit, since the work will involve international elements.
