Our highly regarded client firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic solicitor (or CILEX qualified) to deal with property transactions in their friendly and supportive residential property team.

You will be working alongside like minded property professionals and will ideally have experience of part exchange property transactions, developer and Government sponsored house purchase incentive schemes, knowledge of complex transfers including rent charge transfers and familiarity with set-up of sales packs and standard documents for new homes disposals.
