Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Excellent opportunity to join a compact and dynamic high street firm for a senior commercial property solicitor. This firm are looking for someone with a astute experienced individual with expertise in commercial transactions for business owners. This will largely be landlord and tenant and sales and acquisitions but there will be the opportunity to pick up some commercial contract work.

You need not have experience of all these areas and your role will be tailored according to your skills and interests. You will have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and, ideally, come from a background with a regional firm. You will be able to manage your own caseload and be able to evidence a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice.
