Our Client, a good sized boutique regional law firm, is looking to recruit a junior level Residential Conveyancing lawyer to develop into a caseload of mid-HNW matters. The Residential Property team acts on sales/purchases, enfranchisement, lease extensions, Buy to Lets, Remortgaging, Shared Ownership, and Equity Release
The gearing of the team means that this is an opening with excellent career prospects for a lawyer with first class property experience and an enthusiasm for business development.
