L500 rated commercial firm is looking to recruit a corporate commercial associate / senior associate for their Oxford office.

You will join a highly regarded department and busy, working alongside a Partner and as part of a successful team. You will take responsibility for your own caseload and assist on more complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, partnership and LLP agreements and shareholder agreements. You will act for a varied client base including work large corporate businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and SMEs.

In addition, you will undertake business development and marketing. You must be able to demonstrate self- motivation, commercial awareness and excellent technical ability.
