Strong reputable firm located in Surrey seek a solicitor of between 2-4 years qualified in order to expand their Private Client Department.

As a solicitor in the department, you will be handling a mixed case load including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. This is a client-facing role but will also involve drafting of Wills, Codicils, Trust documents and LPAs to support others in the department.

Ideally you will need to have previous experience of working in the practice area during qualification. Some experience of contentious probate work is an advantage but is not essential. Similarly STEP qualification (or progress towards it) is an advantage but not essential.
