Joining this successful top tier corporate department, you will handle high quality transactional work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs and corporate finance work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and LLPs across a range of sectors including retail & leisure, technology and property.

Due to increasing client demand, the partners are keen to appoint an NQ + solicitor with previous corporate experience at least gained during their training contract.
