This major South Coast firm is awarded for it's quality of work, and client handling skills. They are looking to grow at the 2+ PQE mark. This firm is interested in hearing from solicitors with an enthusiasm for commercial property work to support a partner involved in commercial development work. They must have excellent negotiating skills and experience in the acquisition and disposal of offices and industrial units. They must have a thorough understanding of Landlord and Tenant law from both the Landlord and Tenant perspectives. They must be technically sound, have good interpersonal skills and be capable of building excellent client relationships.
