Our client is a fantastic boutique immigration practice based in a lovely part of the Thames Valley and an ideal option for a junior business immigration solicitor who wants to work with start ups through tomultinationals. They are looking for a commercially focused 1+ PQE solicitor with particular expertise in the field.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience at a leading firm in the field and be pragmatic when it comes to handling obtaining and maintaining a sponsorship licence, submitting applications under the Points Based System, especially under Tier 2, recruiting interns and the legal parameters of the business visitor category.

This is a great opportunity to deal with London level matters and to work directly with clients. A competitive remuneration package is available for the right candidate.
