New opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join this leading Hampshire firm at the associate level. The firm are seeking an individual who can hit the ground running and to join at the mid level, taking over a full caseload of mid to mid-high value property.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

* Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration

* Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work

* Assisting with day to day queries

* Undertaking business development activities
