Our client, a regional L500 heavyweight located in a wonderful part of Surrey, is looking to recruit a mid-senior level Commercial Property solicitor to join their busy Real Estate Department. The team is rapidly expanding and they require an experienced commercial property solicitor with at least 3 years experience gained at a comparable regional firm, in a successful Commercial Property team. The firm's commercial property solicitors span sectors including care, residential and commercial development, lending, investment and retail, with expertise to handle a wide range of property issues, from buying and selling properties, landlord and tenant issues, development projects, management and investment, to planning, environment and construction.
