Are you a disputes trainee with experience in contentious probate? Are you keen to work with leading individuals in the field? Our client is a highly regarded and rated firm with offices in Surrey and London. Well known in the market for its friendly collegiate approach they are also highly rated by clients in all of the legal directories. The dispute resolution team is now seeking to expand their contentious probate offering by bringing on board a mid level contentious probate solicitor.

You will be working along-side renowned individuals building up your own caseload whilst you assist on complex matters that include:

- Validity and interpretation of wills

- Administration of an Estate Disputes

- Estate Claims

- The Protection of Elderly & Infirm Persons
