Our client is a national Top Tier law firm, with rankings for commercial property law. As a solicitor in this department you will be advising on real estate matters such as acquisitions, leasing and the sale of high value commercial properties. The department operates across a number of sectors including social housing, rural and agriculture, leisure and retail, public sector and corporate owners.

This opportunity will suit a newly qualified solicitor who has undertaken at least one seat within commercial property / real estate. Experience of sales and purchases, land acquisitions, joint ventures and development agreements would be advantageous, but not essential.

Excellent salary package is on offer for the successful candidate along with genuine career prospects.
