Our client is a very well-regarded, long-established national practice and they have just announced this new opportunity taking within their market-leading specialist claimant Clinical Negligence practice. They're considering remote working lawyers from NQ - 5 PQE ideally with a background in Clinical Negligence.
The current team can boast a number of Law Society and AVMA panel members, and the work breadth is fantastic including but not limited to cases concerning pregnancy and childbirth complications, missed/delayed diagnosis, medical/surgical errors, sub-standard general practice, dental errors, infections contracted in hospital etc.
