My client is a top 50 firm with an award winning reputation in the marketplace. Their Corporate team is highly ranked and is led by well-known individuals, which in itself offers invaluable exposure.

This national heavy weight is seeking ideally a 2 + years PQE Corporate lawyer to work in their highly acclaimed Corporate team. You will have the benefit of working alongside true leaders in the field, for stellar clients, however you will be based in the fantastic, scenic location Guildford.

This role will suit a commercially astute and knowledgeable individual who is capable of managing a complex case load, with Corporate M&A and joint venture experience. The team has particular strengths in acting for university spin-outs and other venture capital backed companies. Excellent academics and previous experience at a large regional firms is welcomed.
