Our client is a highly regarded Berkshire firm looking for a senior individual to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters including property development; property finance; acquisition and sale of property portfolios and property management.

Due to an increase in client instructions, an opportunity has arisen for a senior commercial property solicitor in commercial property. The successful candidate will have experience of general commercial property, drafting contracts and a good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation.
