Our client, who is a multi office leading law firm in West Sussex are looking for an experienced Litigator to expand their busy Dispute Resolution department in their new central head office.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience with a range of commercial litigation matters. As a solicitor in this department, you will be required to work on a varied caseload of high quality commercial, civil, and property matters. Some experience in Probate and civil matters would be very useful in this role.

Business development is a very important aspect of the role, you will be encouraged to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation and others in the team.
