Are you looking for that next step up in your career? Our client, is one of Sussex's oldest and most respected Legal 500 firms and they are recruiting for a mid-senior level employment solicitor keen to push on in their career. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a successful firm at a key level handling your own case load of advising commercial clients in redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants, corporate support work, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal and general employment matters. Employment Tribunal experience is essential and knowledge of business immigration would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience with both claimant and respondent experience and excellent at client facing matters. This is a great opportunity to deal with London work in a less manic location and a competitive remuneration package is available for the right candidate.
