Our client a leading international law firm with a regional office in Surrey. They are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Sitting within the Private Property team, you will ideally have at least 2 years residential property experience running your own caseload. The successful candidate will be able to;

• Manage a substantial and varied workload including experience of sales and purchases of existing properties along with new build/off plan properties
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and knowledge

Also a desire to get involved in marketing and business development would be an advantage.
