Our top 100 client leads the way in providing legal services country wide. Their top rated and expanding Tax team are looking for excellent tax solicitors to join their established team in Berkshire. Working closely with partners who are leaders in their field you will receive excellent support and work whilst you continue to develop your career. The work will include providing tax based advice on:

• Implications of private equity transactions
• Reorganisations and restructuring including debt restructuring
• SDLT, LBTT, VAT, capital allowances and the CIS.
• Employee incentivisation schemes
