The firm have a market- leading and well-regarded Data Protection team which operate nationally and internationally. They support a wide range of data heavy organisations mostly in the Retail, Financial and Public Sectors. In addition to Data Protection work they also assist the firm's Commercial and Technology teams with the Data Protection elements around Outsourcing contracts. There is lots of multi-jursidictional work as well as supporting clients in the event of significant security breaches.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years PQE gained with a City, National or recognised regional law firm. You must have recent and proven exposure to Data Protection and have supervision experience. This role would also suit lawyers currently working in house looking to return to private practice.
