A Brighton firm is seeking a confident commercial property lawyer to join their small, well knit team in a unique role handling a wide variety of commercial conveyancing work for established UK clients. The firm have an impressive caseload for an individual to come in to and there are great long term prospects for progression.

With an already established commercial property workload you will assist clients with the following:

• Buying and selling commercial freehold
• Buying and selling commercial leases
• All aspects of leases including lease renewals and rent reviews

Joining a firm that has a low turnover of staff, you will reap the rewards of working in a solid and stable property practice whist having the opportunity to progress to partnership. There is also the opportunity to develop the HNW residential property work the firm do so an individual with a dual skill set has the potential to thrive.
