Title: Secured Lending Property Solicitor

Level: NQ-4 PQE

Location: Guildford

Salary: £38,000 ++ DOE

I am working with a leading South East L500 firm with a fantastic reputation for property work. The firm are looking to grow their property team with a junior property solicitor to work in their secured lending team in their modern Guildford office.

This is a unique role for an individual open to specialising in lending and the mortgage market, you will be working alongside published solicitors with fantastic reputations and you will assist and build your own caseload of advising on:

• Short term lending
• Equity release
• Investment mortgages

You will have strong property or finance experience during your training and/or post qualification. Specific experience in this niche area is not required but it is preferred.
