Our Legal 500 client, with one of the largest employment teams in the South East, is seeking an employment solicitor (NQ to 4 years PQE) to join their Crawley office.

The employment team work with a wide variety of clients across a multitude of sectors including travel, manufacturing, education and insurance. As a solicitor, you will be managing your own caseload as well as supporting more senior members of the team with their varied caseloads. You will be responsible for :

• Leading client meetings, taking instructions, advising as appropriate and working with clients to develop strategies and solutions for their issues
• Managing a tribunal case load from beginning to end
• Organising your workload to ensure work correctly prioritised.
• Providing input into business development activities

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a caseload with a wide variety of employment law queries and have a strong commercial approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a recognised team in the South East !
