This is a rare opportunity for an NQ to join one of the largest and most highly rated Banking teams outside of London in their new flagship office in Reading. As a junior banking solicitor within the team you will be assisting on:

• Syndicated, bilateral and club financings including real estate finance
• Leveraged buyouts
• Asset based lending and general corporate lending

You will be given the opportunity to develop existing client relationships with the support to help you develop your experience and career. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team with no barriers to future promotion for the right candidate.
