Leading regional firm has a vacancy for a junior solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution Department.
You will manage existing clients and build on the client base already established in the area via networking events and business development strategies. Day to day responsibilities will involve dealing with:
- Residential property litigation to include repossessions and boundary disputes
- Debt enforcement
- Commercial property litigation; lease renewals & dilapidation claims
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Contractual disputes
