Family Associate - Birmingham

This is a rare opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join this national firm.

The family team are recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers, with a number of Partners being noted as leading individuals and experts in their field.

You will work alongside a Partner and your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of private client work, including high value/complex family law cases for high net worth individuals with a particular focus on advising the firms OMB clients
• Attending Court
• Assisting other lawyers in the team
• Supervising trainees and paralegals
• Assisting with marketing the team and wider department

With a minimum of 3 years PQE, you will have wide experience in all aspects of privately funded family law, including Children and Financial cases.

Experience of high value and complex cases for high net worth individuals is an advantage. Ideally you will have Court experience in both children and finance cases. Business development skills and experience and an existing network of contacts would be highly advantageous.
