Leading home counties firm has a new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor.

The department are very successful and are a top tier rated Dispute Resolution team. You will be able to demonstrate a good grounding in property litigation including the 1954 Act renewals, Leasehold Enfranchisement, landlord and tenant disputes, residential and commercial debt recovery and break clauses.

In addition you will have good client liaison/interpersonal skills and the ability to organise, prioritise and handle a busy and varied caseload. You will have an eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a cohesive team that works hard to deliver but has plenty of support along the way.
