Based in Milton Keynes with hybrid and flexible working on offer, you will assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions including:

• Company transactions including mergers and acquisitions
• Disposals, restructures and business reorganisations
• Directors' duties and shareholders' agreements.
• Company refinancing and share schemes.
• Limited liability partnerships

You will also be given client contact from day one and be involved in marketing and business development. Ideally you will have gained experience from a comparable corporate team and be looking for your next career move with a friendly and supportive firm.
