Employment Solicitor 2+ - Birmingham
My client is an award winning L500 rated firm who provide high quality, partner led services to both UK and international clients. They are currently looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Birmingham office.
You will undertake a wide variety of employment work and deal with the following:
- Contentious and non-contentious matters for both businesses and individuals
- Redundancies
- Disciplinaries and grievances
- Negotiating and advising on Settlement Agreements
- TUPE
- Employment Tribunal claims , including drafting proceedings
You will have a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience and a keen interest in marketing and business development. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients as well as recommendations.
