Residential Conveyancer - West Midlands

A new opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer to join this L500 rated West Midlands firm.

Based in Solihull, the firm are well known for dealing with high-quality work. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration
• Dealing with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work
• Raising the profile of the department in the business community

You will demonstrate strong technical expertise and be able to work without supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm who are going from strength to strength and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
