Corporate Commercial Solicitor 1-3+ PQE - West Midlands

Fantastic opportunity exists for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this West Midlands firm.

The firm are highly regarded and have a number of offices throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire.

Day to day responsibilities will include running a busy caseload and assisting Directors and Senior Solicitors on matters including:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on Shareholders Agreements, Articles of Association
• Drafting, reviewing, and providing advice on terms and conditions and other commercial contract documentation
• Preparing Statutory Books
• Running smaller transactions and assisting senior fee earners and Directors on large transactional matters in the buying and selling of businesses including by way of Share Sale and Asset Transfer

In addition, you will assist with business development and train more junior members of the team from time to time.
