Employment Solicitor 4+ PQE - Milton Keynes

This is an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to join this leading L500 rated firm commercial firm.

Based in Milton Keynes, you will have experience in both claimant and respondent employment work and undertake the following:

• Advising clients on general employment matters such as redundancy, contracts of employment and HR policies
• Corporate support
• Managing own caseload
• Supervising juniors in the team
• You will have experience of undertaking advocacy. You will also have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
