Residential Property Solicitor - Derbyshire

A new opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor join this busy Derbyshire firm.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a residential property caseload. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration
• Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, right to buys and shared ownership schemes

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
