Fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join this leading regional firm who are rated in L500 for their work.

Based in their Northampton office, you will join a friendly and supportive team and advise on a wide range of employment related matters including:

* Disciplinary matters, grievances, ill health and discrimination issues* All aspects of employment tribunal litigation* Employment aspects of complex restructures; business acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and corporate transactions

You will act on behalf of SMEs, OMBs, LLPs, partnerships and other larger companies including listed businesses. Experience of and an interest in business development and marketing an advantage.
