Director of Risk and Legal Counsel - Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and inspiring team of legal professionals who work with cutting edge clients.

In this role, you will work with the board to design the firm's risk management procedures as well as coordinating an ongoing program of training and updates on all elements of quality, risk and compliance.

You will have strong leadership skills and be able to engage with stakeholders across the firm. You will be creative in the ways you work with the team to allow the firm to thrive while managing risk.You will be expected to contribute to helping the business evolve and grow and you will be the line manager for the Client Services Team Leader.

Essential Skills:

- You must be a qualified lawyer of no less than 5 years PQE- You must have a genuine understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of a law firm, particularly with regards to money laundering, data protection and compliance- You must adaptable and creative in your approach.
