Our client is a widely recognisable firm who is seeking a 3 + year PQE cover for a 10 month maternity contract. The ideal candidate will be able to advise and represent both employer and employee clients on all aspects of employment law, including: employment contracts and service agreements, handbooks and policies, disciplinary and poor performance issues, grievance procedures, discrimination, working time issues, redundancy, TUPE, and claims in the Employment Tribunal.
a) Communication: you must be able to explain legal matters to a client clearly and concisely and have the confidence to represent them in court.
b) Written: excellent standard of English for preparing legal documents and drafting contracts.
c) Attention to detail: High level of accuracy for the preparation of documents.
d) Organisation: The ability to prioritise your workloads.
e) Problem solving: a logical approach to form solid legal arguments.
