Commercial Senior Associate 4PQE+ BirminghamOur client, a forward thinking and top ranked national law firm, is looking for a talented commercial senior associate to join their renowned practice based in Birmingham.In this key role, you will focus primarily on complex commercial contracts, covering IT/Technology and Outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce work for private and public sector clients.Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have ca 4 years pqe although applications are welcomed from individuals with more experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.This is a great opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Commercial lawyer to be part of a highly regarded international practice.
