Major UK firm seeks to appoint a professional indemnity solicitor to join their market leading Birmingham team.
Our client deals with all areas of professional liability and handles claims of all sizes and complexity, acting for insurers who underwrite some of the world's largest financial institutions, global law firms and 'Big Four' accounting firms.
The firm is looking to appoint a solicitor with at least 12 months experience to handle professional indemnity claims against solicitors, construction professionals and IT consultants as well as insurance/policy disputes. You may have undertaken a professional indemnity seat and be looking to specialise in this area as a 2023 qualifier, or you may already be a qualified solicitor working in a regarded professional indemnity team and looking for a new challenge or you may be a commercial litigator looking for a change of direction.
