Contentious Probate Solicitor NQ-5+ PQE- South Buckinghamshire

My client is a boutique Legal 500 firm looking to grow their highly regarded contentious private client team. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of predominantly high net worth clients, and the successful candidate will assist senior members of the team on their matters alongside developing their own clients and caseload.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes and claims regarding estates and trustees
• Assisting senior members of the team on complex and high-value matters, this can often include cross border work
• Involvement in business development and significant client engagement

Experience in contentious probate work is ideal, however the firm will also consider strong trainees who have undertaken both disputes and private client seats.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a niche private client firm, dealing with international work and high profile clients.
